Can I refer my friends for creative thinking initiative?

Why volunteers outside India cannot volunteer?

This is because, many students do not have smartphones to attend whatsapp calls which is easier for NRIs. Also, student call can happen only at 8PM IST and there is limited flexibility of timing since that's the only time most parent will be available in home with their phones.

Also, if volunteers are outside India, many students who are in villages cannot call back the volunteer. Hence, we have restricted this program only to volunteers in India.
